R34 Catering by John Shields breathes new life into the previously known Falconer and Shields Catering Ltd. In 2008 Chef and Owner of R34 Restaurant and Café John Shields entered the company with a view to expansion. John’s accomplishments include; a nomination for New Restaurant Chef of the Year, two AA rosettes as Head Chef of the Townhouse Hotel.

Whilst welcoming the opportunity to work on behalf of new clients the company maintains excellent relations with a wide variety of existing customers many of which are blue chip organisations.

In 2010 R34 Catering’s concept remains the same: to use the finest local Scottish produce, simply prepared and delivered with finesse and warm hospitality. Catering for a wide range of events, from birthday celebrations to intimate dinners to informal barbecues. At R34 Catering we offer a tailored package with a bespoke menu to suit your every need.
